To send your sharpening order to us:
Package your blades securely in a box or in one of our specially designed packages from a previous sharpening order; there should be no rattling. If you send 6 or more blades in one order and have not previously received one of our specially designed packages, we will most likely send them back to you in one of our packages to keep your blades protected during shipment. Please keep our specially designed package to ship us your future sharpening orders. These packages are the property of Will Sharpen, Inc. and are to be used for your equipment's safe shipment to us on future orders.
If you choose to pay with a check as your payment method, please be sure to enclose your check in the package.

Clipper blades that are worn beyond sharpening will be discarded and not returned with your sharpening order UNLESS a written request is enclosed with your order. If you request the worn blades to be returned, they will be returned in pieces as they can no longer be used. We do not charge for any blades that cannot be sharpened.
If you would like to insure your package, please do so. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit to us. We also allow you the option of insuring your return shipment after sharpening is complete.
