This variable speed forced air dryer allows the groomer to cater to the specific needs of the animal. The dial control allows for easy adjustments from full power for the heavy coated animals, moderate power for ears and other sensitive areas and low air volume for young, small or sensitive animals. This dryer has an aerodynamically designed housing and a smooth lining to the hose which enable more air volume than similar dryers; the forced air penetrates undercoats, leaving the coat full and lustrous. The polyethylene housing is virtually indestructible and significantly reduces the noise as does the “iso-dampeners” mounted between the motor and the housing. The Double K Challengair 2000XL Portable Variable Speed Forced Air Dryer comes with six attachments, including a unique “air sweep” nozzle that pushes water from the coat; all attachments twist onto the hose to prevent them from popping off under the high volume of air. Both the dryer and the attachments are covered under a two-year manufacturer’s limited warranty and are available in your choice of blue or black. Now this portable dryer can easily convert back and forth to a stand dryer as needed with the tripod stand kit shown below!
