This Filipino style grooming shear has an offset handle design and fixed finger rest. It has a smooth cut and is a great value for the price. This shear is made of two kinds of material; this design allows the blades to retain a sharp edge and increases durability and allows the handles to be easily adjusted by a skilled sharpener after each sharpening, repairing misalignment due to dropping the shear.
